Students will participate in 3 to 4 Discovery Quest throughout the school year. Students will be assigned dates where they will present their discovery, a link is provided below with the schedule for the Discovery Quests presentations.
The first Discovery Quest will be " Discover a Value" and will take place during Religion time. Click here to see the date each student is scheduled to present.
Students will choose billboards from values.com that inspire them. Once a student has chosen a billboard, that student will begin preparing a written report and a presentation. This presentation (2-5 minutes) and written report (2 paragraphs) should include information about the value, person or event exemplifying the value on the billboard, and an example of that value in their own life.
The presentation to the class can be a poster, computer based, or a handout to the class be creative and have fun.
